Patras: West Gate

Patras is the third largest city in Greece. It has a metropolitan area of 250 thousand inhabitants. Is the political, economic, administrative and cultural center of western Greece. The city is also known to support the local cultural scene, mainly active in the performing arts and modern urban literature. Has been named European Capital of Culture in 2006.
