The Monument Sports Panathinaikon Stadium
No doubt an emblem of Olympic sport, along history, is the Panathinaiko Stadium. Kallimarmaro also called in Greek “beautiful marble, is the oldest athletics stadium history. Located in Athens, was built entirely of white marble Pentelikon.

The last time the Panathinaiko Stadium was used for the athletics competition of the Athens Olympics in 2004, more precisely to the specialty Marathon. Athletes, after 42 KM, entered the stage to give a lap and a half to track and complete the competition that gave close to the games.
