The Options Provided in Mykonos
This place, on the Mediterranean, covers a wide range of restaurants, discos and trendy clubs that run every night, where the fun is growing with each passing hour. Depending on your preference, you can sit at the seashore and have a drink while admiring the spectacular sunrise, with a typical Greek musical rhythm that accompanies it. Or you can enjoy the bars and dance until dawn. In addition to an amazing nightlife, there are plenty of options give away, visiting archaeological sites, museums or enjoy the beautiful beaches of Mykonos. This city was built like a maze to scare the pirates.
It is the most important ancient people of the island and, among other things, preserves an important monastery, Our Lady Tourliani. This church is equipped with fine wooden sculptures, a valuable collection of pottery, ecclesiastical vestments and embroidery. In the courtyard you can see an interesting bell tower and a very luxurious marble fountain. It also has the best beaches on the island, Agios Stefanos, Psarou, Kalafatis, Platis Gialos, Ornos, Elia and Panormos.
The capital of Mykonos is Hora. With its colorful harbor full of small fishing boats and luxury yachts, presents a different picture than most of the islands in the area. Over time the streets are white houses built in the form of boxes with doors and windows, wooden balconies and colorful. These are complemented by impressive churches, small bars and shops of souvenirs instead. In the Kastro hill is a series called Our Lady’s church, built over several centuries and today named national monuments in Greece.
